A camera made out of a matchbox? Sweet.
I so have to make one of these. It’ll at least be a solution to the gear acquisition syndrome (GAS) issue. Hard to complain about a camera made from scraps.
I might get looked at a little funny lining up shots with a used matchbox. Such is life. I can only imagine what they’ll say at the photo lab when I drop the canister off. They act like I’m cracked most of the time anyway running film that should be gracing the dark insides of a Hasselblad or Mamiya through a cheap plastic piece of junk like a Diana.
If I ever get around to doing it, I’ll definitely post the in-progress and results photos up. Maybe by then someone will actually be reading this besides me.
